How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Aera account directly inside the mobile app. Open Profile > Delete Account and confirm the deletion request. This process permanently removes your account and associated data without requiring you to email support.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your user profile (name, email, photo, personal information)
• Health data (height, weight, body measurements, fitness goals)
• All workout logs and exercise history
• All nutrition logs and meal data
• Step tracking history
• Questionnaire responses
• Trainer connections and related data
• Push notification tokens

Timeline

Account deletion is processed immediately after confirmation. This action is irreversible.
